Mr. Gess is a founding member of the firm and prior to the establishing GG&S was a member of Greco & Gess, PC since 2000. A large part of Mr. Gess’ practice is devoted to matters involving representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions and creditors in bankruptcy matters, New York property tax reduction cases, commercial litigation, commercial leases, business transactional matters and wills and estate planning.
