Joseph K. Scanlon,

Admitted to New York Bar (1994) and New Jersey Bar (1995).
Education: Seton Hall University (B.S., 1988); Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1993).
CONCENTRATION: Real Estate Law; Property Tax Appeals; Condominium Association Law; and Federal Income Tax.

Mr. Scanlon is a founding member of the firm.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Scanlon spent 10 years as a corporate income tax consultant at the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  Currently, the majority of Mr. Scanlon’s practice is devoted to real estate matters, with a substantial concentration on residential and commercial real estate transactions, property tax appeals,  condominium conversions, commercial leases and business transactional matters.  His practice also includes addressing federal income tax issues as they relate to real estate matters.
