CONCENTRATION:Condominium and Condominium Association Law.Mrs. Scanlon has been an associate of the firm since 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Scanlon spent six years as an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office and two years as an investigating attorney for the Metropolitan Transit Authority. The majority of Mrs. Scanlon’s practice is devoted to real estate matters, with a substantial concentration in condominium conversions and all legal matters relating to the application process as well as amendments to the condominium documents.
