CONCENTRATION: Real Estate Law and Condominium Association Law.Mr. Gess is a founding member of the firm and prior to the establishing GG&S founded Greco & Gess, PC in 1997. Mr. Gess concentrates on all matters pertaining to real estate, including condominium conversions, new construction projects, commercial and residential real estate transactions and zoning. Mr. Gess represents a variety of corporate and individual clients and has handled some of the largest projects in the State of New Jersey.
